I am selling my 2008 Cobalt 202 bow rider. I have owned it for three years. The main reason I’m selling…we have three Cobalts in the family. Every year my father rents a house on Wellsley Island in the Thousand Islands Region, NY. My Grandmother once owned a summer cottage there and my brother and sister; now take our families there too. . It’s just a heaven for the boating community. While there last summer I decided to put my cobalt up for sale this spring because we really have three Cobalts in the family. I will just enjoy my fathers and brothers cobalt if my Cobalt sells.(maybe my wife will let me buy a 1972 Buick Skylar convertible-ha ha) Anyone who knows Cobalt knows the top shelf quality the brand consistently delivers. These boats last for multiple generations… i.e my father’s 1989 bow-rider!That being said, I had a performance marine mechanic install a bigger engine -300 horsepower Mercruiser because it seemed underpowered for the 3500 lb boat. There is still one year left on the warranty. Most of the time she sits in my driveway. I had her at Neshaminy State Park marina, Bensalem,PA for two months last summer. other highlights include; new snap cover last summernew stereo system installed last summer2014 alum 5 star loadrite trailer I set the reserve below NADA values. thanks for looking!
