Inventory #  9886 Location: Savannah, GA General Description: This 2008 35′ Sea Ray 350 Sundancer Express Cruiser was damaged from heat and smoke when fire broke out on an adjacent boat to port side of this vessel. This vessel was not submerged. There was no fire was aboard this vessel. Hull in fair condition for age with shiny gelcoat but with some heat damage on the arch supporting the housetop on the port side. The vessel was apparently port side to another vessel with heat source that blistered the port side arch support for the hard top and also the radar/TV antenna on top model decal 350. Also, the enclosure track on the port side, no enclosure curtains installed. Additionally the port side bolsters in the cockpit were heat affected. The vessel has a considerable amount of personal gear to include tools, tool kits, extra shore power cables, hoses and various household products that go with the boat. General condition of the vessel would be considered good after detailing and cleaning of upholstery and repair of gel coat on port side and detail and service main engine and genset. Main panel is equipped with circuit breaker throughout. The AC/DC panels are stacked. Below the panels are the master engine ignition switches, blower switches, water level indicator and Kohler generator start/stop with mode feature. Not all equipment could be tested. Other:  AC: Reverse-Cycle System (12,000 BTU), one unit, appeared in fair condition but was not tested. Anchor storage with gas assisted lift Arch in overall good condition, with some scorch marks and heat damage on starboard side Beverage Holders Bilge pumps: two Atwood pumps located between the two engines in the engine room, equipped with Atwood float switches and high water alarm. Both were operable at time of inspection, to include high water alarm. Blowers, operable. Carpet, exterior, there are snaps indication carpet was once in place in the cockpit, but no carpet on exterior sighted at time of inspection. Cockpit shower: appeared in fair condition, the door to the nozzle is distorted by heat, heat damaged door. Door, Cabin entry, sliding, fiberglass with integral steps, in good condition Fixed Fire suppression system: Sea Fire FE-241 Clean Agent fixed fire suppression system with remote, operable. To include manual automatic fire extinguisher system release at helm. Gauges and controls in good condition. 2 RMP with troll features and mode select. Two other multi-function gauges for fuel/volts/oil pressure/water temp. MPH gauge. Hardware, rails, cleats, stainless steel Hatch, engine room, electrically actuated with emergency pull handle and prop rod Lights: The overhead lights on the underside of the hard top, three out of four are operable. Cockpit courtesy lights are operable. Nav lights are operable.  Rubrail, black PVC with stainless steel insert, slight damage to port side rubrail. Seating, helm bench with dual flip up thigh rise bolsters, adjustable captains seat and fiberglass storage base Seating, port C-shape aft lounger, converts to sun pad Seating, port lounger with convertible backrest Steering with tilt feature and shift & throttle controls to include troll mode/sink/transfer. Swim ladder, stainless steel four step, in good condition  Swim platform in good condition, teak, mechanically fastened. Table, cockpit,  Transom door, acrylic with stainless steel frame, starboard side, in good condition Transom shower: Hot & cold water, the door to shower fixtures is heat distorted and requires replacement, but fixtures appear operable Trim tabs, Bennett, hydraulic, operable, but lots of barnacle and needs prep, prime and paint not related to accident. Upholstery, exterior, needs thorough cleaning at this time. The bolsters and soft goods, seats and cushions are serviceable to some extent; however, the port side bolster common to whatever the heat source is needs to be replaced. The foredeck cushions need to be cleaned and stored. Washdown: raw water, in fair condition Wetbar, cockpit, with stainless steel sink, faucet, beverage holders, Uline Icemaker operable, stainless steel handrail, trash receptacle and storage below. Water heater, Atwood 6 gallon electric appeared in good condition. Water capacity 50 gallons, holding tank 28 gallons. Windshield, 3 piece tempered/tinted curved glass walk-thru, in good condition; Wipers, operable. Other windows in good condition Florida 6% state sales tax will apply for Florida residents.  Storage charges will accrue after the 10 day grace period. Loading fees will apply if no trailer included. Buyer is responsible for loading fees.

Hull Material: Fiberglass Height: Beam: 12 Displacement: 18064 Draft: 4 Engines: Twin Mercury 496 MAG gas inboard V8 engines. Engines appear to be original. Engines were not submerged, thus not preserved.  Overall the engines look good for age but may need maintenance from sitting. The exhaust elbow/risers should also be checked. Overall the engine room appears to be in good condition. Presently suffering more from lack of current maintenance than wear and tear. Appears to have been well maintained in the past up to a point. Both main engines were bumped with keys and turned over, not locked up, appear to be in good condition.  All of the manuals related to machinery and equipment are on board. Transmission: There are barnacle scales all over the outdrive units, props and components to include the trim tabs. All of the zincs will need renewing on the drives. Generator / Battery: Kohler model 5ECD 5.0KW gas generator, equipped with remote fuel filter. The generator did not turn over. The generEquipped with start/stop control at the genset and on the main panel. The pan is rusted somewhat and there is rust on components on lower end. Overall the generator needs to be serviced and the rust areas serviced. Beyond that is seems to be operational with some service. Batteries in good condition, 4 x 12 volt DC. Port 2 batteries dated 7/10/15 Napa Premium Marine/R/V dual propose batteries. Port bank is same make model and year of replacement. 2 Blowers, 2 battery chargers, Power Core model 210 & Intel Power Marine Electronic Marine converter with digital readout. Electronics: Antennas on the port side of the hard top which were heat damaged. Garmin, 5212 GPS map with Garmin chip for inland lakes. Powered up; Northstar, NS100 hand-held marine transceiver, powered up; Electric horn, operable; Remote control spotlight, operable. Stereo: KEC mobile application model DVD-3. CMD5 AM/FM stereo with remote speakers (Clarion) with remote at helm. Galley: Galley with sink, faucet, stainless steel handrail, storage upper & lower, drawers, trash receptacle; Waeco refrigerator with stainless steel door and freezer 0Isotherm drink cooler; LG microwave combo LG coffee maker; Kenyon 2-burner countertop mounted stove. Appliances all in good condition. Interior of the vessel is well maintained. The interior is completely carpeted and the woodwork in overall good condition.  Salon with galley; dinette with wood table and storage; forward double berth storage and hanging locker; convertible aft lounge with hanging locker/storage; and a single head. Flooring hardwood in good condition. Wood interior trim in good condition. The headliner is in good shape all interior lights operable. Upholstery in overall good appearance and in good condition. Headliner in overall good appearance and in good condition. Carpet in good condition. The majority of machinery and equipment appears in good working order. Ground Tackle: Foredeck vertical drum windlass in fair to good condition. Canvas, Mast Rigging, Sails: There was no canvas/isinglass sighted at time of inspection. There is a track for an enclosure around the bridge that was not present at inspection. Head: Head with shower stall. Sink is stainless steel with Corian style counter, medicine cabinet above, varnished wood cabinet below sink and simulated teak and holly sole. Overall very good appearance throughout. Head equipped with a Dometic MSD system, 28 gal holding tank capacity, 12 V DC Vacu Flush system with a bench seat on the top and equipped with waste system monitor and air inlet. The sanitation hoses going to the MSD hoses in the engine room need to be replaced due to surface cracks. Shipping: Item sold “where is”. Assistance with shipping is generally available; however, buyer is responsible for costs of preparing item for shipment and charges for loading vessel onto trailer or transport.       Removal of items, storage charges, risk of loss Items must be removed not later than     10 days     following the close of bidding unless other arrangements are made. It shall be buyer’s responsibility to make      arrangements for moving the item or, in the alternative, for making      arrangements to store the item beyond the 10 day grace period. It      shall be buyer’s responsibility for making arrangements to load and      transport items. Buyer shall give USauctions notice of intent to pick up      an item in sufficient time to ensure the storage charges are paid. When picking up vessels, Buyer shall make necessary arrangements with the boat yard      where the vessel is located with not less than 24 hours notice     before picking up a vessel to ensure the vessel is cleared for transport,     any storage liens are paid, any necessary equipment is available and the     vessel is not blocked in. Buyer assumes risk of loss of the     item as of the earlier of  the time buyer’s right to void the sale     terminates or  the time buyer acquires insurance on the vessel. In the event Buyer fails     to remove items in a timely manner, daily storage fees may be charged at the sales     location and/or the items may be removed and stored at buyer’s risk and     expense.       Delivery of title For titled items, delivery     of free and clear title shall be the responsibility of the  owner of the     item. General processing time of titles is 4 to 6 weeks. In the event the item owner fails to deliver     free and clear title to buyer in a timely manner, Buyer shall have the option of     voiding the sale or of seeking specific performance directly against the       item owner. USauctions shall have no liability to     buyer or the item owner for failure to deliver free and clear title to buyer beyond refund of funds     collected by USauctions to the parties entitled thereto, upon return of       the item in substantially the condition sold. Buyer shall be solely responsible for applying for and taking all actions        necessary to complete registration, titling or documentation as buyer may        desire.
